Clare is from Albany, New York where she attended Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons high school. In high school, Clare played varsity softball and basketball and was on the honor roll. Her parents are Gerard and Jeanne Ryan and she has two brothers, Patrick, 16, and Jay, 12 and one sister Anne, 10. She also has a dog named Lacey and a rabbit named Tommy. Clare has been riding for nine years, doing 4-H and Pony Club shows. More recently, she has been showing her horse Jack in hunter/jumper shows. Clare is a biology/pre vet major and plans on attending vet school after Sacred Heart. She loves to cook, watch baseball, and hopes to travel a lot and visit Ireland and Australia.
